Our Quality Management System covers all aspects of our operations. To ensure the products and services we provide are to the highest possible standard, we continually review and improve our systems.
Product Quality
We always ensure that the products we manufacture or distribute are in compliance with the quality guidelines of API 5CT 11th Editions Annex F – or with customer-specific guidelines (e.g. Vallourec TSLI 501 & 503).
In areas where no specifications yet exist, we have defined our own pecifications, according to which we test at regular internvals.

Exquip are fully certified to the ISO 14001 International Environmental Management Standard.
Exquip Health & Safety Management
Exquip are fully certified to the ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management Standard.
Environmental Performance - Pipe Protector Recycling
We manufacture in Germany, the US and Singapore using a high percentage of recycled materials (30% or more). We recycle 99% of our production waste and, wherever possible, try to collect used products from our end customers to manufacture new protectors. Our group company, Norkram Limited in Peterhead, regularly supports us in this endeavor.
